I’m Ashley, a certified Montessori educator with over 14 years of experience supporting young children in building strong academic foundations.

For the past 6 years, I owned and operated my own Montessori preschool in the Lincoln Park area, where I worked closely with children and families to create a calm, consistent, and engaging learning environment. Through that experience, I saw firsthand how powerful individualized Montessori instruction can be when children are given the time, space, and materials to truly understand what they are learning.

I’ve worked with children across the Chicagoland area, supporting a wide range for learners-from those just beginning to recognize letters and numbers to early elementary students needing additional guidance and confidence.

Montessori is not just something I teach, it’s something I believe in deeply. My own child has grown up in a Montessori environment which has only strengthened my commitment to this approach and the impact it can have on a child’s independence, focus, and love of learning.

Tutor Montessori was created to offer families a more personalized option-small, focused sessions where children receive individualized support in literacy and math within a calm, structured environment. My goal is simple: to help children feel confident, capable, and successful in their learning.
